Free, with no limit: the board register and conflicts of interest, the responsibilities calendar, the AGM year, and the Charity page: registering, HMRC, your reporting obligations and the register of important documents.

Paid: the risk register, board meetings with agendas and minutes, the document store, the weekly reminder email, a District board's Our Groups page and a County board's Our Districts. What your other apps report is free, and so is sharing your summary with your District or County. Nothing in Trustees is public, so the suite's usual line (anything you share outside the group is paid) doesn't fit. What's paid instead is what a spreadsheet can't do for you. It's £20/yr, or £50/yr for all the Tools for Scouting apps.
